To make sure there will never be any unnecessary waste or overstock, every piece will be handmade to order. It will take 2-4 weeks until your order is ready to be shipped. I also have some exclusive jewelry that is only made once and so these will be sent immediately as soon as it is ordered. You will have a unique piece of jewellery that nobody else can get.

Return

Because of the handcrafted jewellery and made to orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose wisely before you order and make sure you pick the right ringsize.

How to take care of the jewellry

every piece is made out of sterling silver. Oxidation occurs with silver jewelry, to prevent this the jewelry is plated with 18k gold or platinum.

This coat will slowly come off after a certain time. I advice the jewel comes into contact with water or other liquids as little as possible, to prevent the coat coming off. So please don't shower with it and don't clean the jewel with any products or soap. To prevent scratches store your jewel in the jewelry box.

Warranty

All the jewellery pieces have a six month warranty, which covers damage caused by material or manufacturing faults only. Customer mishandling and wear and tear incurred during the course of normal wear is not considered a fault.
